The state closed camping on Assateague Island because of a strong storm so we moved our camping trip to Broad Creek. It rained hard during the weekend but the pavilion helped to keep everyone dry.

The Scoutmaster awarded eligible campers 5 Texas Tough points because of the adverse conditions.
